Tasty tacos, but easy.

Makes 8 tacos



  1. Pre-heat the oven for the taco shells (look on the packaging for instructions)
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet on medium high heat
  3. Fruit the onion until translucent
  4. Add garlic, spices, and 1 tsp salt and cook until fragrant
  5. Put the taco shells in the oven
  6. Add minced meat to the skillet, continue stirring until meat is no longer red
  7. Add tomato paste, vinegar, and brown sugar
  8. Allow to cook until sauce thickens
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place lettuce in the taco shell
  2. Top lettuce with creme fraiche
  3. Fill the taco shell with the filling
  4. Garnish with cheese and other garnishes of choice
